We use sophisticated test equipment along with our knowledge gained over many years of diagnosing PC, laptop, wireless, software and Internet related probems for businesses and now you can have this service at home.

We charge a fixed fee of £35 to diagnose AND resolve your problem, whatever it takes*. For an additional £25 we cover your computer as well as your connection for an entire year for any fault. You only pay for parts if they are required.

We can repair your PC if it is faulty, or just give it a service to make sure that it is running as efficiently as possible. 

If your broadband line is down or your speed is not what you expect it to be, we can test your connection with our sophisticated test equipment and usually improve things.  We also talk to your ISP's language and are able to ensure that your connection is restored quickly and properly.

* Additional parts or equipment are charged extra if required.
